Responsibilities: 1. Account Management (60%) - Know key decision makers, develop rapport, and understand whole decision making process - Customer visits, conduct presentations, seminars - Able to identify red flags with account, handle objections, identify influencers and know competitors - Plan weekly/ monthly sales activities - Execute delegated strategies to develop and grow assigned territories - Co-ordinate and liaise with key opinion leaders for sponsorships and educational visits 2. Customer Relationship Building (30%) - Keep close contacts with customers - Provide clinical papers to customers Constant interactions & conversations 3. Customer Education (10%) - Problem solving and solution presentations Communicate and consistently update customers on new information Requirements: - 3 years medical sales experience (Pharmaceutical sales experience can be considered) - Minimum Diploma in medical, nursing, other relevant disciplines or state registered nurse. - Good communication and interpersonal skill. 工作職責(zé): 1. 客戶(hù)管理(60%)： 和供應(yīng)商及客戶(hù)有效溝通完成銷(xiāo)售指標(biāo)。 進(jìn)行客戶(hù)拜訪(fǎng)，做好產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)及相關(guān)研討會(huì)等工作。 了解市場(chǎng)同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品相關(guān)信息及市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài) 做好每周/每月的銷(xiāo)售分析和總結(jié),與上級(jí)有積極的溝通完成銷(xiāo)售任務(wù)， 時(shí)時(shí)分析工作中不足之處并予以改進(jìn) 2. 客戶(hù)關(guān)系(30%)： 做好老客戶(hù)的關(guān)系維護(hù)，并且不斷創(chuàng)新發(fā)展新客戶(hù)，與客戶(hù)保持溝通、互動(dòng) 3. 客戶(hù)溝通(10%)：及時(shí)有效地解決問(wèn)題，并提供相應(yīng)的解決方案保持長(zhǎng)久有效的溝通，并且不斷更新客戶(hù)信息 任職資格： 至少3年相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn), 有醫(yī)療器械類(lèi)銷(xiāo)售工作者優(yōu)先考慮 醫(yī)藥、護(hù)理相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)大專(zhuān)及以上 具有較強(qiáng)的溝通能力及交際技巧，具有親和力
